"Disappointed with the quality"
I was let down by this bottle. It felt cheaper than I expected, and the seal didn’t sit properly from the start. It worked for a little while, but not for long, which was frustrating given the price. I also had to chase them about the issue, which just made the whole experience more annoying. Probably wouldn’t buy this one again.

i mean, the site just feels kind of confusing to use. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for, and it wasn’t very straightforward.

"Customer service was no help tbh"
I reached out to support hoping they could actually help, but they were unhelpful. Didn’t really get any clear answers, so yeah, not a great experience lol
"Said it was in stock, but it wasn’t"
so I ordered a few supplements because the site showed they were available, and I figured everything was good to go. Then a couple days later I got an email saying some of the items were actually out of stock, which was frustrating.
If something isn’t available, it really shouldn’t let you add it to your cart and check out. I ended up wasting time waiting when I could’ve just ordered from somewhere else

I was expecting a lot more for the price. It’s not terrible, but for what it is, give me a break, it just doesn’t feel worth the cost

I remember the return being frustrating. The refund seemed to take forever, and when I tried reaching out to support, I barely got any replies. Maybe it was just a bad experience that time, but it left me feeling like returns were way more of a hassle than they should’ve been.

"Delivery was all over the place"
My order ended up arriving late, and the tracking updates didn’t really help much. I kept thinking it might sort itself out, actually, no, I had to keep checking and chasing it up myself. It was frustrating overall, and I’d probably think twice before ordering again

"Shipping took forever and the verification was annoying"
I ordered from sportyshealth.com.au and the shipping was way slower than I expected. What made it more frustrating was having to deal with repeated verification stuff, like I’d already confirmed things and then it felt like I had to keep doing it again. I also didn’t get clear updates, so I was just left waiting around with no idea what was happening. By the time the order finally showed up, I wasn’t even excited about it anymore. The products might be fine, but the whole delivery process was disappointing.

"I was excited to check it..."
I was excited to check it out, but then I felt a bit disappointed once I started looking around. The product range is just kind of limited. I kept thinking, okay maybe the next aisle or section will have what I need, but nope, I couldn’t find half the stuff I usually buy. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just frustrating because I expected way more options.
